Here at DeBra’s we are always looking for ways to improve customer experience and service. Because of COVID-19 restrictions and high customer demand, we are extending our fitting services to enable customers and staff to connect via a newly introduced ‘Virtual Fitting’ platform. This means if you are unwell, unable to travel to one of our stores, or simply time-poor, you can now access our ‘Virtual Fitting Room’ service. Book one of our trained fitters online and they will contact you via a video link to conduct a ‘virtual fitting’ whilst you remain in the comfort of your own home.
We are here to help. We can access your previous sales history if you have purchased in-store or online from us in the past. We have a customer sales history spanning over 15 years including sales from our Penrith store, Wentworthville store, Parramatta store, and from the first website we have ever launched as well as our newly launched Broadbeach store.
