Delivery of your order

If your items are in-stock: All internet orders will be dispatched the same day we receive them (before 1pm)

If your items are out of stock: During the ordering process you will be advised of an estimate delivery time if the item is out of stock. You will be emailed by our customer service team if delivery will take longer than 7 days.

Dispatch & Delivery: An email will be sent to you upon dispatch. A tracking number will be included in the invoice attached. This email will also tell you which carrier will be delivering your goods. Following this, your goods will be delivered to your address within 1 to 2 working days.



Delivery Information


Online orders:

Online orders can be returned for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your items. The garment must be returned in its original condition with tags. Please return your garment with your online returns exchange form, which was sent to you with your original order.

There are NO refunds or exchanges on products purchased from the SALE section on this website.

In-store purchases:

Purchases made in-store can be returned within 14 days for an exchange or credit only. If items have been worn, please give it a light hand wash beforehand. Please see washing instructions on your garments as no claims will be made if these are not strictly followed.

Faulty Items:

We understand that garments can be subjected to manufacturer faults and poor workmanship. If you have any concerns regarding a product that you have recently purchased, we strongly advise you contact us and return it to our store for a detailed assessment by one of our staff members.

New Zealand Customs and Duty fees:

DeBra’s is based in Australia and you are buying from an Australian company, for this reason your payment is converted to Australian dollars. The price charged to New Zealand customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the payment provider you have used. Please note Orders shipped to NZ valued at more than NZ$1000 may incur duties, customs charges and fees (including GST on duty / freight) charged by the NZ Customs Service once the Order reaches its destination port. These amounts must be paid by you directly to the NZ Customs Service or its authorised service provider. Separate Orders placed by an individual on the same day may still be subject to the duties, customs charges and fees. You can calculate these expected duties, customs charges and fees using NZ Custom Service duty estimator. We are not responsible for and will not reimburse any of these duties, customs charges or fees.  If you require additional information please contact your local NZ Customs office.

Thresholds and rates are subject to change in accordance with changes to NZ law. Additionally, your financial services provider or payment provider may charge currency conversion and administration fees on purchases and any refunds we provide. The exchange rate used to determine the quantum of the refund (in NZ dollars) shall be the prevailing rate at the time the refund is made (not the original exchange rate).
