If your items are in-stock
All orders received online will be immediately processed and prepared for dispatch within 48 hours of receiving your order. Orders received over the weekend or on a public holiday will be prepared on the following workday.
If your items are out of stock
During the ordering process, you will be advised of an estimated delivery time if the item is out of stock. If for some unexpected reason we cannot fulfill your order or part of your order upon receipt, our customer service team will contact you within 24-48 hours of receiving your order. At this time, you will be given an estimated delivery time and the option to (a) wait for your product/s, (b) select another product that is in stock, or (c) opt for a refund. In the event you opt for a refund, your refund will be processed within 48 hours using the same method as your original payment.
Dispatch & Delivery
It is our priority to have your order dispatched as soon as possible. An email will be sent to you once your order has been prepared for dispatch. A tracking number will be included in this email and tracking will commence the same day. This email will also advise you which carrier will be delivering your goods.

Some items may take a little longer than usual right now due to high parcel volumes and ongoing COVID-19 restrictions. Our general delivery times are as follows:

Please allow extra time in peak delivery times such as the Christmas/New Year and Easter periods. You can track the journey of your order via the Australia Post Track & Trace portal http://auspost.com.au/track.
Parcels will be delivered to the provided address and require a signature on receipt. It is recommended you provide a work address for delivery if no one will be home during business hours. Where no one is home to sign for the parcel, a card will be left detailing the nearest Australia Post outlet where the parcel can be collected during normal business hours. It is your responsibility to collect your order within the applicable timeframe to avoid incurring additional fees to re-deliver your order.

DeBra’s is based in Australia and you are buying from an Australian company. For this reason, your payment is converted to Australian dollars. The price charged to customers outside of Australia will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the payment provider you have used. Please note orders shipped to countries outside of Australia may incur duties, customs charges and fees (including GST on duty/freight) charged by International Customs Services once the order reaches its destination port. These amounts must be paid by you directly to the Customs Service or its authorised service provider.
Separate Orders placed by an individual on the same day may still be subject to the duties, customs charges and fees. You can calculate these expected duties, customs charges and fees using your local Custom Service duty estimator.
