Terms and Conditions

  1. Promoter The promoter of this giveaway is DeBra's, a business founded in Australia with registered offices in New South Wales.
  2. Eligibility
  • The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
  • Entrants must be legal residents of Australia.
  • Employees of DeBra’s and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
  1. Entry Requirements
  • To enter the giveaway, participants must purchase two (2) or more full priced items from the PrimaDonna, Marie Jo, or PrimaDonna Twist brands during the month of October 2024.
  • Purchases must be made either in-store at DeBra’s Penrith or Broadbeach, or online at https://www.debras.com.au/ during the specified period.
  • Each qualifying purchase automatically grants the participant one (1) entry into the giveaway.
  • Multiple purchases qualify for multiple entries, provided that each purchase meets the minimum entry requirements.
  1. Giveaway Period
  • The giveaway runs from 12:00 AM AEST on October 1, 2024, to 11:59 PM AEST on October 31, 2024.
  1. Prizes
  • Five (5) winners will each receive one (1) PrimaDonna Lingerie Set (comprised of one brief and one bra)
  • The prize is subject to availability and will be limited to the size range offered by PrimaDonna.
  • The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
  • Winners must accept the prize as offered. No modifications or substitutions will be made unless the Promoter deems it necessary due to availability issues. In such cases, a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted.
  1. Winner Selection
  • Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries at the end of the giveaway period.
  • The draw will take place on or after November 1, 2024.
  • Winners will be notified via the email address provided at the time of purchase.
  • If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days of being contacted, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be selected.
  1. Prize Collection
  • Winners will be contacted with details regarding prize collection or delivery.
  • If a winner is unable to accept the prize at the stipulated time, the prize will be forfeited, and no alternative compensation (including cash) will be provided.
  1. Privacy
  • By participating in the giveaway, entrants consent to DeBra’s using their personal information for the purposes of administering the giveaway, including contacting winners.
  1. General Conditions
  • The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway (including any prize) at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.
  • Any aspect of a prize that becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control may be substituted with a prize of equal or greater value.
  • The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of this giveaway is final and binding.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • DeBra’s and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special, or consequential loss or damage) arising in any way out of the giveaway, including but not limited to any theft, unauthorised access, or third-party interference.
