Shop MEGAMI Mastectomy & Wire-Free Bras
MEGAMI was founded in 2018 with a simple idea: post-mastectomy lingerie shouldn't have to look or feel clinical. Designed for women rebuilding after breast surgery, MEGAMI combines soft, breathable fabrics, thoughtful support and discreet prosthesis pockets with beautiful, fashion-forward designs.
At DeBra's, we've selected a small collection of MEGAMI styles for customers looking for a comfortable, supportive wire-free bra that doesn't compromise on how it looks or feels.
Why Shop MEGAMI at DeBra's
DeBra's has spent over 25 years fitting women through breast surgery and recovery, so we look for brands that offer something genuinely useful to our customers. MEGAMI stood out for its combination of post-surgical functionality and beautiful lingerie design.
MEGAMI is a more specialised brand in Australia, and we've brought selected styles into DeBra's so our fitters can offer another option for customers looking for comfortable wire-free support, whether they wear a breast form or not.
Designed for Comfort and Confidence
MEGAMI bras are designed with post-surgical needs in mind, without looking like medical garments. Look for:
- Wire-free construction for soft, comfortable support.
- Breathable, hypoallergenic fabrics that help keep skin cool and dry.
- Discreet pockets designed to hold a breast form or prosthesis.
- Fashion-forward styling that feels like beautiful lingerie.
While MEGAMI is particularly suited to women who wear breast forms, you don't need to have had a mastectomy or use a prosthesis to wear these bras. They can simply be enjoyed as beautiful, supportive wire-free lingerie.
Find Your MEGAMI Fit
The right fit matters at every stage of life, but particularly after breast surgery when your body and comfort needs may have changed. DeBra's offers complimentary fittings, including specialist mastectomy fittings at both our Penrith and Gold Coast boutiques.
Our fitters can help you find a MEGAMI style that feels comfortable, supportive and right for your body.
