You can choose to visit us for an In-Store Fitting or, if you can't make it to one of our stores, enjoy a personalised Virtual Fitting from the comfort and privacy of your own home.

What to expect when you book an In-store or Virtual (zoom) Bra Fitting Appointment with DeBra’s

Our experienced Fitting Consultants are highly trained across a wide variety of products and are here to make your fitting experience comfortable, relaxed and personalised.

We'll take the time to understand what you're looking for, what you like and how your current bras fit. From there, we'll recommend brands, styles and sizes based on your individual fit, shape, lifestyle and preferences.

You don't need to know your current size or exactly what you're looking for before your appointment. That's what we're here for.

Can I talk to my Fitting Consultant about what I like in a bra?

Absolutely. What you like, what you're used to wearing and what you need from a bra are all important when finding the right fit and style.

Tell your Fitting Consultant what you like, what you don't like and what you're looking for. If you're not sure, that's completely fine too. Our Fitting Consultants can make recommendations based on your fit, shape, lifestyle and preferences.

The more we understand about what you're looking for, the better we can help you explore options that feel right for you.

How much assistance will I receive during my fitting?

You're always in control of how much assistance you'd like from your Fitting Consultant.

For an In-Store Fitting, if you'd prefer privacy while changing, your Fitting Consultant can wait outside the fitting room. If you'd like hands-on assistance, they're happy to come in and help you. Just let us know what makes you feel comfortable.

For a Virtual Fitting, you don't need to remove your clothes. We recommend wearing a bra that you feel comfortable in underneath your top. Your Fitting Consultant will ask you some questions about how your current bra fits and may ask you to show them how it sits.

They can then use this information to help assess your fit and share their recommendations with you.

How long does an In-Store or Virtual Bra Fitting Appointment take?

Our In-Store and Virtual Fitting appointments are booked in 30-minute intervals, giving you dedicated time with one of our experienced Fitting Consultants.

We don't set a strict timer, though. Every customer is different, so we'll take the time we need to help you explore your options, answer your questions and feel comfortable with your choices.
