What to expect when you book an In-store appointment with DeBra’s?
When you book an In-Store Fitting, we'll reserve a fitting room and one of our experienced Fitting Consultants for your appointment.
Your Fitting Consultant will take the time to understand what you're looking for and help you explore the brands, styles and sizes that best suit your shape, lifestyle and preferences.
You don't need to know your size or exactly what you're looking for before you arrive. If you're unsure, that's what we're here for.
Does the fitting consultant come into the change room?
That's completely up to you. You're in control of how much assistance you'd like during your fitting.
If you prefer to change privately, your Fitting Consultant can wait outside the fitting room. If you'd like hands-on assistance, they're happy to come in and help you.
Everyone is different, and our Fitting Consultants are trained to listen to what makes you feel comfortable.
Talking through what you like in a bra.
Absolutely. What you like, what you're used to wearing and what you need from a bra are all important parts of finding the right fit and style.
Tell your Fitting Consultant what you like, what you don't like, and what you're looking for. If you're not sure, that's perfectly fine too. They'll use their experience to recommend options based on your fit, shape, lifestyle and preferences.
How long does an In-Store Fitting Appointment take?
Our In-Store Fitting appointments are booked in 30-minute intervals, giving you dedicated time with one of our experienced Fitting Consultants.
We don't set a timer, though. We understand that every customer is different, so we'll take the time we need to help you find the right fit and feel comfortable with your choices.
Do I need to know my measurements or current bra size?
No. You don't need to know your measurements or your current bra size before your fitting.
Our Fitting Consultants fit by eye and experience rather than using a tape measure. They'll look at how your current bra fits and use their expertise to assess your size and shape.
If you're unsure of your size or have never had a professional fitting before, don't worry. We'll guide you through the process and help you discover the sizes and styles that work for you.
What if I can't make it into one of your stores?
If you're unable to visit one of our stores, you can still enjoy a personalised DeBra's fitting experience from the comfort of your own home with our Virtual Fitting service.
Our Virtual Fittings are conducted by our experienced Fitting Consultants and are designed for customers who live further away, are time-poor, or simply prefer to shop from home.
