Our Virtual Fitting service is designed for customers who are time-poor, don't live near one of our stores, or simply prefer to shop online. You'll connect one-on-one with one of our experienced in-store Fitting Consultants, who will take the time to understand how your current bra fits, what you're looking for and what you need from your next bra.

How it works
1. Book your date & time
Use the Book now button below to find your preferred date and time for your virtual bra fitting. Once you have made your booking, we will send you a unique and secure Zoom meeting link.
2. Join your appointment
At your appointment time, simply click the meeting link in your email. One of our experienced Fitting Consultants will join you from one of our private fitting rooms and guide you through your fitting.
3. Show us how your current bra fits
Our Fitting Consultants fit by eye and experience, so we don't use a tape measure during your Virtual Fitting.
We'll ask you some questions about your current bra and how it fits. You don't need to know your measurements — we'll use what we can see and what you tell us to help assess your size and shape.
4. Explore your options
Once we've established your size and understand what you're looking for, we'll share our screen and talk you through styles and sizes that may suit you.
We'll work with you just as we would in-store, discussing the options and helping you find products that suit your shape, lifestyle and preferences.
5. Choose your new favourites
Once you've made your selection, we can arrange for your new lingerie to be sent directly to you.
