At DeBra's, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
You can return the item(s) in person at our Penrith or Gold Coast stores, or to initiate a return via mail, please follow these steps.
- Complete the Debras Return and Exchange form. A copy was included in your order.
- Pack the items securely in suitable packaging.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method DeBra's C/- Returns, Shops 4 & 5,235 High Street, PENRITH NSW 2750·
- Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 72 hours.
Please note that we can only accept returns of unused and undamaged items in their original packaging. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is proven damaged or defective.

Style and comfort
Having had replacement shoulder surgery, this is the perfect bra for those who cannot bend their arm backwards. It is comfortable, easy to open/close and looks superb with the lacy front. The wide straps offer good support for larger bust sizes. Highly recommend this product.

I bought this bra because I needed a front-closure bra that would be easy to put on and would provide a bit more support on my sides and back. I am very happy with this style. The closure is very easy to use and quite secure, and the bra provides the support I need. Best of all, I don't feel ugly or frumpy wearing it - I feel feminine and pretty. I definitely recommend giving this style a go if you have similar fit needs.

This is the bra I have been searching for for years! As an older woman, my not small breasts sag more than they did when I was younger. Most bras for larger ladies try to lift the breast from the top - this superbly designed bra supports and lifts from underneath. No, it's not the underwire that does it, but the design and shaping of the support panels and padding of the underwire. It gives such a good shape, even my husband has commented how much better my clothes look now. Bonus - the straps NEVER slip off my shoulders! The bra is so amazingly comfortable that sometimes feels like I'm not wearing a bra. Thank you, DeBra's, for this life-changing bra. I just love it.

I love this bra! It is so supportive and I have an F cup. The shoulder straps don't dig in and there is no visible back fat. The clip was a bit tricky at first but once you get the hang of it, its a breeze.

After badly breaking my arm, which required surgery, I have limited movement in my arm and I’m unable to stretch my arm being behind my back.
Debra’s processed my order promptly and sent the bra via express post. What a relief to be able to dress myself again!!
I was concerned that it might not work for me because there is only the clasp holding the bra together at the front (my usual bras don’t plunge down so far at the front, and they have a wide band with at least four hooks at the back). But the wires continue up past the clasp and they sit really well.
Debra’s advised me to keep the same band size (22) but to go up a cup size (from DD to E cup) and they fit well. The soft lace on the cups is very soft and extra stretchy, which is great for comfort (but not so great for keeping my car keys/phone/purse/snack bar or whatever else I try to hide in there
