Refunds & Exchanges
At DeBra's, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
You can return the item(s) in person at our Penrith or Gold Coast stores, or to initiate a return via mail, please follow these steps.
- Complete the Debras Return and Exchange form. A copy was included in your order.
- Pack the items securely in suitable packaging.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method DeBra's C/- Returns, Shops 4 & 5,235 High Street, PENRITH NSW 2750.
- Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 72 hours.
Please note that we can only accept returns of unused and undamaged items in their original packaging. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is proven damaged or defective.
Shipping & Delivery
DeBra's offers to ship to most locations worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. Standard shipping is typically the most affordable option, while express shipping will arrive more quickly but at a higher cost.
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress. Please note that for international shipments, we are not responsible for any customs or import duties that may be charged upon delivery.

How to measure your band size (under-bust)
The under-bust measurement will establish the band's size (the bit that goes around your body). Remember that many bra bands have some elasticity, so you must hold the tape measure firmly around your body while taking measurements. You don't want any slack, as a firmly fitting band will provide the most support, alleviating pressure on your shoulders from bra straps.

How to measure your cup size (over-bust)
The over-bust measurement will help establish your cup size. Place the tape measure around your body, ensuring it is straight and without kinks. Then move it up to sit over the broadest part of your breasts, often over the nipple. You'll want it sitting lightly against your bust while you take the measurement.
Find your band size in the first column, then the range your over-bust measurement falls in. The column heading is your cup size.

How do I know if this style will fit me?

If you are still unsure, book a free fitting in-store at Penrith or the Gold Coast, or over Zoom, and we will find the right size and style before you order.
What if I'm between band or cup sizes?
Try your sister size: go up a cup and down a band, or down a cup and up a band. A 14E and a 12F have the same cup volume, so if the band feels loose, move down a band and up a cup. The Size & Fit Guide lists the sister sizes for each size. Styles also run differently, so read the Fitter's tips for the one you are looking at, or ask a fitter.
How do I measure myself at home?
Use a soft tape measure over a non-padded bra. Measure snugly around your ribcage directly under the bust for your band, then loosely around the fullest part of your bust for your cup. Enter both measurements in our size finder and it gives you a starting size; a fitting confirms it.
Can I book a fitting before I order?
Yes, and we recommend it. Fittings are free, in-store at Penrith (NSW) and the Gold Coast (QLD), or online over Zoom from home. Book a time on our Fitting Appointments page and our fitters will have sizes and styles ready for you.
What's your returns and exchange policy?
If something is not right you can exchange it or return it, in person at either store or by post, as long as it is unworn with the tags and hygiene liner in place. Faulty items are replaced or refunded in full once we have assessed them. The time frame, what can be returned and the return address are on our Returns & Exchanges page.
When will my order arrive?
Orders for items in stock are prepared within 48 hours of receipt (orders placed over a weekend or public holiday are processed the next business day) and you get a tracking email when they leave. Within Australia, Standard Post takes 2 to 7 business days and Express Post 1 to 3 business days. If a size is on backorder its expected lead time is shown on the product page and in your cart, and we will email you an estimated delivery time. Full details are on our Delivery & Shipping page.
