Meet Freddy Zappe
Frederika (“Freddy”) Zappe is the National Fit Specialist for Wacoal Inc., the UK-based lingerie and swimwear company behind Fantasie, Freya, Elomi, and Goddess.
A passionate advocate for the power of a great fit, Freddy travels the world sharing Wacoal’s message and training industry professionals in the art and science of bra fitting. As a dynamic motivational speaker and experienced corporate spokesperson, she’s a regular presenter at leading lingerie and swimwear trade shows, including Curve New York and Las Vegas. Freddy also leads The Wacoal Fit School, an educational seminar and hands-on masterclass designed to elevate fitting expertise across the industry.
With a background in international modelling and acting, Freddy brings a unique perspective to her work — one shaped by seeing firsthand the contrast between the “retouched ideal” often portrayed in media and the beautiful reality of women’s diverse bodies. Her expertise has made her a trusted advisor to Hollywood stars and New York professionals alike, helping women of all shapes and sizes feel confident and supported.
