Expert advice, at no cost – enjoy a complimentary bra fitting with our experienced team, backed by over 25 years of fitting experience.
Visit us in-store – book a fitting at our Penrith or Gold Coast boutique. Bookings are recommended to ensure dedicated time with a fitter.
Prefer to shop from home? Our complimentary virtual fittings are available Australia-wide via Zoom.
Specialist mastectomy fittings – our trained fitting teams offer complimentary mastectomy and prosthesis fittings at both stores. Bookings essential.
Easy returns
Not quite the right fit? We understand that shopping for lingerie online can be tricky. Our Fitting Consultants are here to help with alternative sizes and style recommendations.
30 days for online purchases – you can return online orders for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving them.
Shopping in-store? We're happy to help with exchanges within 14 days of purchase. Our team is always here to help you find the right fit before you buy.
Easy return options – bring your items back to either our Penrith or Gold Coast store, or return them to us by post. Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility.
