At DeBra's, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
You can return the item(s) in person at our Penrith or Gold Coast stores, or to initiate a return via mail, please follow these steps.
- Complete the Debras Return and Exchange form. A copy was included in your order.
- Pack the items securely in suitable packaging.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method DeBra's C/- Returns, Shops 4 & 5,235 High Street, PENRITH NSW 2750·
- Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 72 hours.
Please note that we can only accept returns of unused and undamaged items in their original packaging. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is proven damaged or defective.

I didn’t realise that this bra does not have an underwire, but it is just as supportive as one that does as well as being very comfortable. Has a minimising effect. True to size.

I never had a wirefree bra before, as I really needed the support, but sick of the wire breaking and digging into me, I decided to try it, I was surprised at how much it does support me, I will be purchasing a few more now, but I might have to go up a size,

This bra has no underwire and I feel as it is marketed as "full figure" there should be underwire. Very ugly fit as well. Cheap make so not happy.

Not what I was expecting
What I received was nothing like the picture. The straps have no stretch to them and left bruising on my shoulders. The cups are also very still and unflattering for bigger busts. Wanted to love it but sadly this just wasn’t the one for me.

A bra that has too much stretch in the strap is not good for support as it puts a lot of pressure on your shoulders especially if you have a fuller bust. The weight of your bra should be supported through the body of your bra. Please try and call the staff for a virtual fitting if you are unable to visit so we can ensure a good fit for you, we have great customer return purchases on this particular style. What you are describing to me a is a bra that is too big around the body so not enough support for you. We can help fix this for you and make it more comfortable Kind regards Debra

Disappointing
This bra was really uncomfortable to wear. It was so scratchy and the cups were so pointy which looked awful under my clothing. Really overpriced and unflattering.

I’ve never in my life had a more comfortable bra, It’s more of a everyday wear not just a sports bra. Keeps my girls in their place, back support is better, more flattering to my figure!! Best bra ever!!
